Cash back:
To claim the cash back deal you must state “cash back deal” in your initial correspondence, if you haven’t stated that it is a cash back deal and we then build a proposal/quotation you will not be able to claim the cash back deal retrospectively as we must know in advance of compiling the proposal/quotation.  Cash back value is based upon 50% of the first month’s bill with the new provider and meeting the minimum criteria as set out below

Landline:
Landline means all the line rentals and call spend your business has currently.
Mobile: Mobile cash back will be equal to 50% of the first months bill for rental and call charges unless this amount is greater than 50% of the commission we receive on the deal, in this instance you shall receive 50% of the commission we receive, if the amount of commission on the deal is less than £200.00 then no cash back will be given, in this instance we shall inform you before proceeding further and try to offer another incentive.
